The RGI System

One documented process, four clear steps, and a quality standard that stays the same on every site.

How we work

Brief · Plan · Build · Handover

You always know what stage you are in, what comes next, and what you will receive at the end of it.

Brief

We study your site, intended use, budget and timeline. You share drawings, surveys and approvals if available. We confirm what is in scope and what is not, in writing.

Plan

Feasibility, package selection, specification and a cost plan you can review and challenge. A schedule is agreed before anything breaks ground.

Build

Supervised execution with weekly progress reporting, quality checkpoints at defined stages, and a single point of contact on our side.

Handover

Inspection against the agreed scope, documented close-out, and a clean handover of drawings, warranties and any statutory approvals.

Quality standards

Same standard on every site

Standard specification sheets

Each package has a defined specification — structural, envelope, services, finishes. Deviations are agreed in writing before they are made.

Vetted supplier list

Materials and equipment are sourced from a shortlist of suppliers who have met our quality and delivery standards.

Inspection checklists

Every stage — foundation, structure, services, finishes — has a checklist that is signed off before the next stage begins.

Weekly progress reporting

You receive a short written update each week: work completed, work planned, any risks or decisions needed.

Important

What standardisation does — and doesn’t — cover

Standardisation applies to scope, process and specification. It does not replace site-specific engineering or statutory approvals.

Every site still requires soil investigation, structural design appropriate to local conditions, and approvals from the relevant local authorities. These are the client’s responsibility unless we have agreed in writing to manage them on your behalf.

Estimates shown anywhere on this site are indicative and are not offers or quotations.

FAQ

Common questions about the system

Is every project exactly the same?

No. The system standardises the process, the scope of each package and the quality standard. The building itself is still designed for your site, your use and your local regulations.

Who handles statutory approvals?

By default, the client. If you would like us to coordinate approvals on your behalf, we can agree that in writing before the project starts.

Can I see a sample inspection checklist?

Yes — a sample checklist will be available for download once finalised. Contact us if you would like to see it earlier.

How is progress reported?

A short written update every week, plus a scheduled review at each quality checkpoint. You always know where things stand.
