Who we are
A construction and business-enablement platform
RISI Global India (RGI) is headquartered in West Bengal and serves private developers, landowners, industrial users and international partners. We bring together construction management, real estate advisory, trade facilitation and green building solutions under one roof.
Our purpose is straightforward: make private commercial construction predictable. Instead of renegotiating scope, specification and quality on every site, we apply a documented system — the same way a well-run franchise would, but for construction.
We are at the start of our India journey. Our first pilot project is in planning, and we publish only verified, completed work. Where experience is broader — across Nepal and Japan — we say so clearly.
