Questions about packages
Can packages be combined?
Yes. A Site-Ready Pack can lead into a Warehouse Pack, for example, or a client can select more than one package for different parts of a larger site.
What if my project doesn’t fit a standard package?
We still work with custom scopes. Packages simply provide a faster starting point where they fit. Tell us about your project and we will tell you honestly which route is best.
How do green add-ons affect cost and timeline?
It varies by add-on and by site. Solar-ready roofing and rainwater harvesting are cheapest when designed in at the start. Each is quoted individually.
Do packages include statutory approvals?
No, by default. Local authority approvals are the client’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
